We offer a subscription based service which will protect your pet(s) in the event of them going missing. Unlike other similar services, our tag has the most technology (being our QR code and NFC technology) and our subscription price is the cheapest. Other companies will also charge you more of a monthly fee to add more then 1 pet profile, we don't!

How it works:

- You order between 1 and 3 pet tags and wait for them to arrive. (The tag's are free, just pay for the shipping)

- Register the tags by scanning them on your phone and completeing the pet profile set-up.

- Start your subscription of £1.99/mo to activate your Premium Account.

- That's it! Now when anyone scans any one of your pets tags, they will see all your important information to get them back to you safe and sound.

QR Code:

A QR code is an image that has been printed to the tag your ordered. Each one is unique and once scanned, provide you with a link to your pets individual pet proifle.

NFC Chip:

An NFC chip is a small chip inside the pet tag, once a compatible device such as a mobile phone comes within a short proximity to the tag, it will again provide a link to the pets individual profile. You might use such technology daily at work by swiping a card to enter a building. We've added this technology into ours tags as it makes it easier for people to read the tag instead of trying to take a picture of the QR code. The QR code is still provided as a back-up in the unlikely event the NFC chip stops working.

Cost:

There is no cost for the tag(s) themselves, we offer these for free. When initially ordering, you will only pay for the shipping costs which will be £3.50.
Once the tags arrive, you will set-up your pets profile and once done, you will be prompted to enter into our subscription service.

Our Subscription service costs £1.99/mo and includes all premium features, these include:

- Online pet profile
- Unlimited pet profiles
- Instant GPS location
- All important information displayed about your pet

If you choose not to subscribe to our service, anyone that scans your pet's tag will only see very limited information, this includes:

- Pets name
- Any medical/allergies
- Information provided by Fech about what to do with the missing pet.

No, no app is required. All that is needed is a mobile phone and access to the internet.

Make sure you're logged into your account. Once logged in, scan or tap the tag to bring you to your pet's profile set-up page. Fill the details of the pet into the fields and click save.

Yes, all tags are made of the highest possible quality. They are waterproof and scratch resistant.
